Omar Sukarieh built the Islamy app as a free app. This service is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page informs visitors of my policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for anyone who uses the service. If you use Islamy, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.

Information collection and use

For a better experience, the app may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information (for example, your location for prayer times). All such information is retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way.

The app may use third-party services that have their own privacy policies — for example Google Play Services.

Log data

In the event of an error inside the app, data and information may be collected on your phone through third-party diagnostic products (called Log Data). This may include your device's IP address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app at the time of the error, and the time and date of use.

Cookies

Islamy itself does not use cookies. The companion website at islamyapp.com uses only the minimum local storage needed to remember your language preference — no tracking cookies, no analytics cookies.

Service providers

I may employ third-party companies for the following limited reasons: to facilitate the service, to provide the service on my behalf, to perform service-related tasks, or to help analyze how the service is used. These third parties have access only to the information needed to perform their tasks and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Security

I value your trust in providing personal information. I use commercially acceptable means of protecting it, but no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Children's privacy

Islamy is not directed at children under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided personal information, please contact me so I can delete it.
